Resources for Leaders

in a Time of Crisis

Senior Executive Leaders

· Crisis Resources

As I noted in yesterday's blog post, this is a new series with links to articles, blog posts and other resources I find that I think might be helpful to organizational leaders. This post is focused on some resources I've discovered that might especially be helpful to senior level executives in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. You are making some challenging decisions these days, I know. You are worried about the organization you lead, your colleagues, your family and your own health!

Yesterday, I was privileged to attend a 90 minute webinar hosted for Harvard Business School alumni. It was the first of five sessions and there were over 1000 attendees participating via video conference from all around the world: North America, throughout Europe, New Zealand, Japan, India, Saudi Arabia and many other places. One of the slides that was shared by Professors Dutch Leonard and Bob Kaplan, the facilitators, was this one. I thought it particularly pertinent as you think about how you are making decisions during these challenging days (and nights).

As promised, here are some links to some other resources you and your colleagues may find helpful.

If you have suggestions for other resources that might be helpful for me to share via future posts, I'd love to hear from you!
