I have a passion for being a catalyst for positive change. Whether through my roles as President & CEO for a media company or as an officer for Boards of Directors or as a speaker and teacher to groups of organizational leaders, this desire to help individuals and organizations get to transformation is the consistent theme.
I have spent my career in the media, publishing and technology education industries. The companies where I have served range from Fortune 200 to mid-sized to small, entrepreneurial ventures. I have actively engaged as a Board Director for financial services, media/publishing and higher education organizations.
I love working with for-profit entities. In addition, as a person of faith, I enjoy translating business practices for not-for-profit leaders who want to transform their churches or other not-for-profit agencies for sustainability and vibrancy in the 21st century.
